Company Overview
China Forestry International Development Co., Ltd. is seeking to recruit Coffee Graduate Management Trainees.
Role Context
This is a trainee position aimed at developing future management talent within the coffee sector.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must be under 29 years of age, with a CGPA above 3.30.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work outside Kampala.
- Willingness to stay in plantation/factory-provided accommodation and accept provided meals.
