The project engineer Designs, develops, tests, and supervises the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for industrial, commercial, or utility purposes. They are responsible for creating technical drawings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing project budgets, and troubleshooting power systems.

Qualifications

a) Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognized institution
b) Membership of Engineering professional body
c) Certificate in Operating Regulations for High Voltage Systems (ORHVS) or its equivalent
d) ERA permit Class B
e) 3 years of experience in power line construction and refurbishment projects.
f) Computer literate in common office productivity software and the use of the software packages “Microsoft Projects” or equivalent
