Job Summary

The Operations Manager Logistics will oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all logistics activities (inbound/outbound freight, warehousing, customs clearance).
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise the operations team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and order accuracy.
• Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and customs officials.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, including 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
