Description

Avanti Energy Services is hiring a Safety Coordinator/Supervisor responsible for providing high-level HSE support and expertise to rig operations at the Tilenga oilfield. The role ensures the effective implementation of the QHSE management system, supervises site safety, and leads safety training for personnel to ensure zero harm during operations.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a college degree or higher qualification.
• Candidates need at least one year of HSE experience on rigs or platforms.
• Required certifications include Basic H2S and Onshore Emergency Response.
• Essential skills include accident investigation and root cause analysis.
• All applicants must be under 35 years of age.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• The supervisor monitors sites for safety compliance.
• The role includes leading weekly meetings and crew training.
• Staff must inspect fire and well-control equipment regularly.
• The position requires auditing high-risk work permits.
• The coordinator manages environment and crew health programs.
• Personnel must maintain POB systems for emergency tracking.
