Role Overview
As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and fostering positive relationships with our clients. You will work closely with a dynamic team of two, reporting directly to the Managing Director. We are looking for someone who is not only results-driven but also committed to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment.

- Location/Work Arrangement: On-site, Kawanda, Wakiso
- Reporting Structure: Reports to Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, reorder merchandise, and oversee stock organization.
- Negotiate payment details and contracts with clients.
- Arrange and direct the delivery and installation of products.
- Prepare estimates, bids, and drawings for customers as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about industrial trends by attending relevant conferences and workshops.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Post-secondary Diploma in Sales and Marketing or other related fields.
- Required Experience: 1-2 years in a sales role, preferably in hardware.
- Mandatory Skills: Active Listening, Social Perceptiveness, Critical Thinking, Writing, Coordination.
- Required Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Accounting software, particularly Ifris.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Luganda.
Preferred Qualifications
- Desired Additional Skills: Speaking, Persuasion, Negotiation.
- Beneficial Experience: Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Preferred Certifications: Relevant sales or marketing certifications.
- Additional Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management systems.
