JOB TITLE. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Role Description

The insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, negotiating contracts with potential clients, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. The Sales Representative will also manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience in preparing reports and giving presentations
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the international trade industry is a plus
