Responsibilities

• Promote Asia Agro products through direct field engagement
• Conduct activations, demonstrations, and farmer outreach
• Build partnerships with agro-dealers, cooperatives, and farmer groups
• Mobilize communities and facilitate promotions
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
• Submit activity reports and track sales feedback

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Marketing
• Experience working with cooperatives/farmer groups
• Must reside in or within 10km of the target district
• Fluent in local languages and culturally attuned
• Strong interpersonal, mobilization, and reporting skills
