Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose:
To manage and support the hotel’s workforce by ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle staff welfare, payroll support, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
- Manage employee performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
- Organize staff training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
