Key Responsibilities:

      • Welcome guests, manage check-ins/checkouts.
      • Address guest inquiries professionally.Guest Services:
  1. Reservations & Communication:
    • Handle room bookings via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Post content, respond to messages, and promote offers on the hotel’s social media.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
      • Minimum 2 years in a front desk or customer service role.
      • Hospitality industry experience (preferred).Experience:
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
