Job description

We are seeking a weekday tutor specializing in Business and Company Law for CPA5-level students. The tutor will provide tailored tutoring sessions aimed at enhancing understanding, academic performance, and exam preparation in the field of business law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging tutoring sessions focused on Business and Company Law topics relevant to CPA5 level.
• Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans.
• Explain complex legal concepts using clear, practical examples and case studies.
• Review course materials, assignments, and practice exams to reinforce learning objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Business and Company Law concepts applicable to CPA5 level.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, or practical experience in business law preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and clarify legal principles.
