Responsibilities:

• HTML and PHP Implementation and Development:
• Code HTML, CSS, JavaScript on existing and new templates
• Troubleshoot and fix cross-browser and platform display and functional issues
• Understand Quality Assurance testing
• PHP and SQL customizations to template files as needed
• Run SQL and shell scripts/commands from Linux Shell
• Fulfill design implementation including cutting up and optimizing images from an Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator document, understanding efficiency and flexibility
• Improve knowledge and quality of Implementation Team skills
• Help improve documentation for implementation tools
• First level of support for our project management and sales team questions about customizations or technical support on websites
• Escalate issues, and write comprehensive bug reports for the core development team
• Assist junior Implementation team members as needed
• Work on the more complicated and mission critical projects for prominent clients
• Communication Skills
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on deadline
• Communicate to Client Services and Professional Services development team escalate necessary service delivery and product issues to team
• Effectively manage communication with multiple project managers
• Assist sales as necessary to provide input on scope issues
• Participate in product development scope identification efforts and priorities
• Implementation Process Input
• Continuously review and provide input to Project Manager/Client Services to improve implementation processes

Qualifications:

• Advanced Understanding (1-2 years in a production environment)
• HTML 5/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Responsive Design, XML, (S)FTP, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Creative Suite
• WCAG 2.0, MySQL, PHP, Unix/Linux Shell
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to articulate technical requirements and challenges to non-technical staff
• Able to meet daily deadlines
