JOB DETAILS:

Quality Plastics (U) Ltd is looking for a Water Treatment Operator to ensure that water used in the recycling process is treated, reused, or discharged safely and in accordance with environmental regulations, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities.
• Operate and Monitor water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Test and Analyze water quality (pH, COD, BOD, turbidity).
• Dose Chemicals accurately (e.g., coagulants, disinfectants).
• Maintain Equipment – pumps, filters, tanks, pipelines.
• Keep Records – daily logs, test results, chemical usage.
• Ensure Compliance with NEMA environmental standards.
• Dispose Waste (e.g., sludge) safely and responsibly.
• Follow Safety Protocols and use PPE.
• Support Production by ensuring steady supply of treated water.
• Conduct routine safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Perform any other duties which may be required by management.

Requirements
➢ Minimum Experience: 4years of experience in manufacturing.
➢ Minimum Education: Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering.
➢ Excellent knowledge in English (verbal and written).
➢ Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
➢ Good knowledge of applicable standards, local rules and regulations.
➢ Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by production
demands.
