Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism throughout service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, including setting up tables and stations.
- Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
