• Greeting and Seating Guests
• Taking Orders
• Serving Food and Drinks
• Upselling and Recommending hotel services and products
• Maintaining Cleanliness
• Handling Payments
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Collaborating with Kitchen Staff
• Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations
