About the Role:

Eden Villas is seeking a creative and enthusiastic part-time voluntary Social Media Assistant to manage our Instagram account and help create a Facebook profile. This role is ideal for someone with a background in art design or creative fields, and experience in marketing, who is passionate about social media and wants to help us target the right audience and generate interest in our guesthouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage Eden Villas; Instagram account
• Create and set up a Facebook profile for the guesthouse
• Post content (photos, videos, and written updates) 2-3 times per week
• Take photos and videos on-site once or twice a week to showcase the guesthouse
• Develop engaging and creative captions to effectively communicate the guesthouse's vibe
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with Eden Villas’ brand
• Help with promotional content for events or special offers, boosting visibility and engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages on both Instagram and Facebook to maintain an active community.

Requirements:

• Creative background, preferably in art/design or marketing
• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write creatively
• Ability to work remotely with occasional visits to the guesthouse for content creation
• Passion for visual storytelling and marketing
• Attention to detail and ability to express the unique character of Eden Villas
