- Responsibilities:
- Train trainers (TOT).
- Develop curriculum, modules, lesson plans, and schemes of work.
- Recruit qualified trainers (Catering, Carpentry, Hairdressing, Tailoring, Biowastes).
- Supervise vocational centre operations.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years in vocational training/management.
- Bachelor’s in Education or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
