Carlcare is the official after-sales service brand for TECNO, Infinix, Itel, Oraimo and Syinix. Besides, Carlcare also provides professional repair and maintenance service for other brands covering mobile phones, computers, tablets, appliances, lighting devices, smart living, new energy, and supply chain.

Duty Station: Kampala

Duties and responsibilities:
∙ Responsible for shooting and editing brand videos, product promotion clips, event highlights, and social media content.
∙ Participate in creative brainstorming, scriptwriting, and independently manage the end to-end video production process.
∙ Operate shooting equipment including cameras, stabilizers, lights, microphones, etc., ensuring quality visual and audio output.
∙ Produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc., according to the platform’s tone and style.
∙ Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and project objectives.

Qualifications and Key Competencies
∙ Diploma or above in Film Production, Media, Visual Communication, or related fields.
∙ Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in video shooting and editing.
∙ Portfolio or reel required (please include links to relevant work).
∙ Experience in tech/consumer electronics, or brand storytelling is preferred.
