Key, Duties, and Responsibilities 

1. Recruiting sales agents to compose a sales team

2. Training and offering leadership to sales agents

3. Prospecting and enlisting potential clients to Jubilee Life Insurance

4. Cross selling all Jubilee Life Insurance company products

5. Servicing and offering after sales services to all Jubilee clients

6. Portfolio management to ensure good persistency of Jubilee Clients

7. Liaison between Jubilee Life Insurance and clients in terms of policy and other relevant communications.

8. Undertaking any other duties as requested by the immediate supervisors

9. Experience in managing teams is an added advantage
