WE ARE HIRING
UNIT MANAGER
Britam Life Assurance Uganda is looking for ambitious and performance-driven Unit Manager to support agency recruitment and sales growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Life Insurance Industry
- Must be ready to transition with a minimum of 10 active Financial Advisors (Lift-and-Shift model)
- Experience in insurance sales and team supervision
- COP Certification is an added advantage (Candidates pursuing COP studies are encouraged to apply)
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and support Financial Advisors
