Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the user base and increase revenue.
  • Manage and lead the field sales teams in Kampala and Jinja to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to improve service delivery and app usability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in transport or technology.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the transport industry and digital platforms.
