Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the user base and increase revenue.
- Manage and lead the field sales teams in Kampala and Jinja to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
- Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to improve service delivery and app usability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in transport or technology.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the transport industry and digital platforms.
