Role Overview:
The Training & Business Skills Development Specialist will design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of women entrepreneurs in host and refugee communities. The role emphasizes enhancing business management, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship skills to enable women to grow their enterprises sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training curricula and materials for women entrepreneurs.
• Assess training needs and design customized business development programs.
• Facilitate workshops and capacity-building sessions.
• Evaluate the impact of training programs and suggest areas for improvement.
• Work closely with other project specialists to ensure alignment with the overall objectives.

• Provide mentorship and follow-up support to training participants.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Postgraduate training in Business Skills Development, Entrepreneurship, or similar disciplines is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering training programs targeting small business owners, preferably women entrepreneurs.
• Experience working in host or refugee community settings is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation, mentorship, and communication skills.
