Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Mobilize the community for development programs and government initiatives within the town council.
2. Collect and maintain data on population and socioeconomic activities in the town.

3. Support in revenue collection, including property tax, trading licenses, and market dues.
4. Monitor compliance with local government policies and regulations within the town.
5. Prepare and submit periodic reports on town activities to the Sub-County Chief.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A diploma in Public Administration, Development Studies, or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
2. Experience in community mobilization and revenue collection is an added advantage.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of government policies and local governance systems.
