Job Description:

• Welcome and provide an exceptional experience to tourists from various backgrounds.
• Lead tours to popular destinations, explaining historical, cultural, and ecological details.
• Answer questions, manage group dynamics, and ensure tourists' safety
• Coordinate with drivers, field workers, and tour coordinators to manage the itinerary.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of attractions, including wildlife, landmarks, and local customs.
• Communicate fluently in English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.

Qualifications:

• Certification/degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of East African tourist sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
