JOB DETAILS:
We are searching for a touch point supervisor to monitor and ensure agreed and transactional times are met within the assigned cluster.
Key Responsibilities;
• Driver Service standards within the assigned cluster in line with the Customer Experience Expectations.
• Support and Driver all business initiatives within the assigned cluster.
• Ensure general stock availability and control within the assigned cluster
• Significantly in improve Customer Experience in all assigned touch points.
• Conduct periodic spot checks within assigned cluster on availability of tools of trade, staff, stock.
• Coach and develop teams within the touch point.
• Supervise general duties in the assigned cluster
• Monitor and ensure agreed and transactional times are met within the assigned cluster
• Assist cluster outlets in closing operational issues
• Assist the Service Center Operations manager in implementing the compliance guidelines in the cluster
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Manage Manpower resources at the cluster with Service Center Operations Manager.
Qualifications;
• At least 3 years in a service environment
• At least 2 years in branch management
• Good knowledge of sales and retail industry, best practices and service Principles
• Degree in Business related course, Social science or related field.
