The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established on December 14, 1950, by the United Nations General Assembly and mandated by the United Nations to lead and coordinate international action for the worldwide protection of refugees and the resolution of refugee problems. In order to support its operations, its Sub Office in Adjumani is seeking reputable and reliable construction companies to submit their offers for renovation of perimeter wall fence, conference hall toilets and a sports ground at UNHCR Sub Office Adjumani-Pakelle, Adjumani District.
Sealed Offers are invited from reputable and reliable suppliers/vendors/companies who are duly registered by the Government of Uganda, have Valid Tax Compliance, and have previously undertaken similar supply of goods.

Tender documents should be picked up free of charge from UNHCR Sub Offices Adjumani or requested through email at ugaadsupbox@unhcr.org during working hours from 08:00Hrs to 17:30Hrs. Bid documents shall be available from 09th April 2024.
Bids should be submitted as specified in the tender document.

Late submission of bids or bids not conforming to the tender documents and conditions will not be considered.
