Job Overview:

The Operations Department at Yopsa Microfinance comprises of the Teller position which involves handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the microfinance institution.

Responsibilities:

• Process cash deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service at the counter.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (2022 to date) with a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about working in the microfinance sector.
