Key Responsibilities:
- Lead telesales agents to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Coach agents, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure compliance.
- Conduct training and collaborate cross-departmentally.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years in telesales supervision (debt collection experience preferred).
- Leadership skills, ERP proficiency, and analytical mindset.
- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (preferred).
