Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to drive sales through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Conversion:

  •     Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and close sales.
  •     Follow up on leads generated from online inquiries, social media, and referrals.
  •     Guide customers through the order placement process on the website.
  •     Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  •     Build rapport with customers and address their inquiries professionally.
  •     Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  •     Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
  •     Gather feedback to improve the sales process and customer experience.

3. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  •     Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  •     Analyze call performance and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  •     Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in tele sales, customer service, or sales (experience in e-commerce or B2B sales is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
