Premier Credit Limited, a leading credit-only institution, is dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions to meet the needs of our clients. We are looking for passionate, results-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team as Telesales Agents.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting tailored financial products and services while building strong relationships with prospects.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication, persuasion, and consultative selling.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s financial products and services to confidently address client queries and provide relevant information.
• Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies to uphold ethical and legal sales practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team leaders and colleagues to meet departmental goals. Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and collaborating on achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferably in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience: Prior experience in telesales or call center roles is an advantage, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Languages: English, Runyankore, Rukonzo, Gishu, Lugbara, Langi, Japadhola, Luganda, Samia.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, especially reporting tools like spreadsheets, CRM systems, and data management software, is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
