TELE CALLER FOR LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS

REQUIREMENT:

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective or existing clients and handle incoming customer inquiries
• Persuade potential customers to purchase
• Answer questions regarding pricing, product features, and company policies while troubleshooting client concerns
• Record details of all conversations and update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and performance metrics
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to help improve services.

Qualifications:

• degree in relevant field
• familiarity with CRM
• Patience, resilience to handle rejection, and the pressure environment.
• Fluent communication skills in English and local language.
