Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose
To oversee the planning, development, and delivery of IT solutions while providing hands-on technical support to clients and colleagues, ensuring Cironet Technologies delivers reliable, innovative, and customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Project Delivery
• Develop, install, and maintain IT systems, software, and infrastructure for clients.
• Support web development, hosting, and system integration projects.
• Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Research and recommend cost-effective, innovative technologies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with IT best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for clients.
Customer & Internal Support
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Assist the administration and finance officer with customer inquiries that need technical input.
• Work closely with the sales & marketing officer to customize solutions that meet client needs.
• Help in product demonstrations and presentations during client pitches.
Other Duties
• Maintain IT equipment, software licenses, and inventory.
• Contribute to team discussions on product development and service improvement.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management in line with the company’s small team structure.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ practical experience in IT support, software, or systems administration.
• Knowledge of web technologies, networking, and cybersecurity basics.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small team with multiple responsibilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
