Purpose of the Job:

(a) Duties and Responsibilities
o Receive Patients and analyze their X-ray requests.
o Prepare X-ray equipment according to requests.
o Liaise with ward management in the preparation of Patients or X-rays.
o Take x-ray pictures, process X-ray films and prepare reports for the Doctor/Clinical Officer.
o Maintain X-ray equipment.
o Attend any other duties assigned from time to time.

(b) Person Specifications
o Must have a Diploma in Medical Radiology from a recognized Institution.
o Must be registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council
o At least five(5) years of clinical experience with reputable organization or institution
o Must have credit passes in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at ‘O’ level
o At least a principal pass in either Physics, Chemistry or Biology at ‘A’ level
