JOB DETAILS:

The Technician will handle the repair, maintenance, and installation of various home appliances and electronic products. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and effective service delivery, maintaining Azone’s reputation for high-quality after-sales support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Product Repair & Maintenance:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electronic appliances.
  • Perform repairs, part replacements, and preventive maintenance on products.
  • Ensure all repaired items meet quality standards before returning to customers.
  • Document all service work, including fault diagnosis and repair steps taken.
  1. Installation & Customer Support:
  • Install and configure new appliances at customer locations.
  • Provide customers with guidance on product usage, care, and troubleshooting.
  • Address customer complaints related to technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  1. Inventory & Spare Parts Management:
  • Ensure proper usage and handling of spare parts and tools.
  • Report low stock levels of essential spare parts to the relevant department.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to improve efficiency.
  1. Compliance & Safety:
  • Follow safety protocols and technical guidelines while performing repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

 

Requirements

Experience and Qualification:
·       Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in servicing home appliances and electronics.
·       Strong knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic products.
·       Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair manuals, and service software.
·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·       Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
