Responsibilities

• Deliver Structured training sessions for new and existing applicators
• Offer on-site supervision and guidance during product application
• Conduct regular inspections of active projects for compliance with application standards
• Monitor environmental factors, surface preparation, curing, and processes
• Create professional, high quality product samples and color mockups

Must Have

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, construction management or related field
• Excellent organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Adaptability: Ability to manage unexpected changes and challenges in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Practical experience with microcement or decorative coating systems
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on active construction sites
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Strong analytical skills
