You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and improving the client onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will span strategic business development, planning,integrations, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our platform meets the needs of both our clients and eTranzact. You will be responsible for driving product integrations and translate the customer vision into actionable features on eTranzact.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that our business launches are executed seamlessly with different partners through diligent follow-up.
• Work with the Country Manager and Head of Partnerships to ideate and explore product integrations and/or develop new business models, secure buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders and leadership globally.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Contribute to growing our partnerships over time by nurturing long-term relationships, fostering a deep understanding of partner objectives and values, and ruthlessly on deliverables.
• Offer guidance and support to partners throughout each implementation phase, API integrations, or data migration, etc.
• Track and analyze implementation metrics and KPIs to ensure partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and source major partnerships to support our business products in Uganda

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, project management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in product business development teams at a global organization in technology sectors or payments operations.
• Ability to create strong networks and secure partnerships quickly.
• Experience preparing presentations and documents for external partners.
• Have a strong track record in building country-level and multi-country partnerships in Africa.
• An excellent and detail oriented communicator.
• Ability to independently follow through on tasks and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience navigating working with senior partners and stakeholders by spotting and seizing mutually beneficial opportunities.
