KaCyber Technologies is looking for a successful IT recruiter who will collaborate with our partners, department managers and clients on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The Technical Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Scope of Work and the primary responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter are outlined as follows:

  1. Identify, research, analyse position requirements and work closely with account executives to develop effective recruitment strategies for job vacancies
  2. Prepare recruitment materials, draft and post job announcements
  3. Manage the relationship with qualified candidates throughout the pre-employment lifecycle
  4. Manage and deals with customers to ensure full client satisfaction pertaining to job requisitions
  5. Work with leadership team to create long and short-term business objectives for the recruiting team
  6. Formulate and implement operating practices that improve performance and standardization of offshore recruiting team
  7. Conduct administrative tasks associated with the recruiting program
  8. Continuously learn the capabilities and limitations of the current and future system functionality and processes to properly and creatively develop solutions
  9. Demonstrate solid understanding of the business and stay in tune with business updates to effectively support the business and identify opportunities
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management
  11. Meet with our Client/Partner Representatives as needed to clarify and understand job and position requirements
  12. Source Candidates through general recruiting practices
  13. Enter and format resumes into Client/Partner database
  14. Qualify Candidates as per screening and interviewing criteria
  15. Negotiate rates and salaries for candidates recruited as per guidance by Management
  16. Submit Candidates to Client/Partner Client representatives and/or online tool as may be needed
  17. Coordinate and schedule interview requests and appointments
  18. Provide any data and information required for candidate offer stage from pre-closing to offer extended and offer decision
  19. Assist in coordination of candidate onboarding
  20. Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports
  21. Schedule Daily/Weekly Calls with Partner/Client Representatives to discuss requirements, priorities, current challenges, potential solutions and process improvement suggestions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, and two or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
