Job Brief

The Technical Operator willl handle the Operations and maintain Product packing / filling machines in line with the specified quality standards.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:     

• Plans with the Factory Engineer about required consumables and machine maintenance.
• Operate the Product packing machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality and conformity of filled or packaged products according to the required standards.
• Fill the right packaging material to filling machines as per the set time and quality.
• Carry out weekly machine routine maintenance and report any penitential breakdowns to the engineering department.
• Plan and request materials for usage and conduct reconciliation of the received materials.

Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Technical Engineering
• Two (2) years of working experience in a similar position.
