Oversee Production Processes:

• Supervise all aspects from raw material intake to final product packaging and shipping.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve production methods to increase productivity.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Leadership & Management:

• Direct, supervise, and support the production staff.

• Delegate tasks, set work schedules, and ensure adequate training and safety of employees.

Process Optimization:

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

• Optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery, materials, and utilities).

Quality and Safety Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct inspections and audits as required.

Budgeting and Inventory Management:

• Manage budgets for raw materials, labor, maintenance and other requirements need during processing.

• Monitor and control inventory of stock for both raw material, in-process and processed products.

• Reduce waste and manage costs while maximizing output.

Maintenance Coordination:

• Oversee machinery maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.

Communication and Reporting:

• Report on production performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.

• Communicate effectively with surbodinates, other departments, suppliers, and customers.

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead initiatives for process improvements and new technology adoption.

• Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related disciplines
• 3 years experience in FMCG and/or grain processing industry.
• Experienced in machine installation and autonomous maintenance
• A good understanding of quality control requirements of a food industry.
