Responsibilities and qualifications
Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader Adoption study (3 positions: 1 in Kitgum, 1
Nebbi, 1 Arua)  Participate in NURI training on the planned adoption study

Supervising the work of the enumerators including assigning them their tasks

Conducting quality control for completed questionnaires (including verification)

Mobilising the enumerators for the daily data collection activities  Linking the enumerators with the NURI extension team and communities

Conducting Key Informant Interviews.

Supporting with the Focus group discussions  Managing the team while in the field

Qualification

Minimum of a diploma in agriculture in agriculture
Demonstrated experience in data collection from rural communities
Knowledge of the local language (a must)

Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
Prior knowledge in agricultural data collection will be an added advantage

Ability to speak, comprehend and translate the tools for data collection in the local language spoken in study districts.

Good computer skills especially of word, excel and PowerPoint

Good report writing and recording skills
