Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outline everyone’s role/responsibility in achieving organizational results.

- Provide tools for decreasing group conflict and fostering interpersonal relations at your organization.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with strong communication skills in English.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role within a corporate, HR, or organizational development setting.
- Experience facilitating team-building activities, corporate training, or employee engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
- Knowledge of corporate wellness programs, employee motivation strategies, and performance enhancement techniques.
- Ability to design and implement customized team-building programs tailored to different teams and industries.
- Understanding of behavioral psychology, emotional intelligence, and workplace culture improvement strategies
- Ability to use tools and platforms for team collaboration, virtual engagement, and performance tracking.
- Experience with facilitation techniques, including group coaching, role-playing exercises, and experiential learning methods.
- Proficiency in presentation software and communication tools to deliver workshops effectively.
