We are looking for someone passionate, and fun who loves a challenge and adventure and wants to share their love of learning with our amazing children in Early Years. We are looking to fill position of Teaching Assistant for children aged 1 – 3 years in our Bugolobi and Kansanga locations.

The Post:

This role will involve supporting the children’s holistic development and supporting the Class Teacher to deliver lessons. We are looking for graduate Teachers with 2 or more years of teaching experience. This is a local hire position.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • The successful candidate should have
  • B. Ed. in Early Years Education or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
  • A minimum of two years teaching experience, after acquiring a teaching degree (B. Ed. in Early Years Education or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education)
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting (Early Years/Nursery)
  • Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical methods
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents

  • Attach a copy of your Bachelor’s degree in Vocational studies with Home Economics in Education (specialising in Food and Nutrition)
