JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Cook is responsible for preparing healthy and balanced meals for staff and students while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the university's kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals based on menu requirements.
• Ensure food is cooked hygienically and stored properly.
• Manage kitchen inventory and requisition food supplies when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas.
Qualifications:
• Basic education.
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
