JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Support Creative/Art Director will lead our creative team and drive the development of innovative content across platforms. The position involves overseeing the creative process, managing budgets, mentoring team members, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the creative team.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Maintain high standards of creativity.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
