BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

1. Bank of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

1. The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at The Bank of Uganda Website www.bou.or.ug procurement tab.
2. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 through a Commercial Bank to the following account:

Project: Supply of Executive Station Wagon

Vehicle Specifications:

• Make/Model: Premium European or Japanese luxury station wagon (e.g., Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Volvo V90, or equivalent)
• Engine: Minimum 2.0L turbocharged engine with hybrid/electric option preferred
• Safety Features: Must include:
  • Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
  • 8+ airbags
  • 5-star Euro NCAP rating
• Comfort Features:
  • Leather upholstery
  • Dual-zone climate control
  • Advanced infotainment system
• Additional Requirements:
  • Right-hand drive configuration
  • Full service history/maintenance records
  • Minimum 3-year manufacturer's warranty

Delivery Requirements:

• Delivery Timeline: Within 60 days of contract award
• Delivery Location: Bank of Uganda Headquarters, Kampala
• Documentation:
  • Original log book
  • Certificate of conformity
  • Comprehensive insurance certificate

Vendor Qualifications:

• Authorized dealer for proposed vehicle brand
• Minimum 5 years experience in supplying executive vehicles to government/parastatals
• After-sales service center within 50km of Kampala
• Proof of similar deliveries to financial institutions
