Supply, Delivery & Installation Of Frequency Spectrum Monitoring System For Fortportal & Soroti tender at Uganda Communications Commission (UCC)

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: UCC/SUPLS/24-25/00103.

1. 1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to enhance spectrum monitoring coverage and intends to procure and deploy additional spectrum monitoring systems in Soroti and Fort Portal districts.
   2. The Uganda Communications Commission invites funded bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Frequency Spectrum Monitoring System for Fort portal & Soroti.
   3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding's procedure contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2008 as amended and is open to all bidders.
   4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and respect bidding documents from Uganda Communications Commission at the address given below at 8(a) from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days.
   5. The Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the admission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and from payment of a non-refundable fee of 16,000,000(UgandaShillingorTransferredThousandonly)orUnitedStatesDollars16,000,000(UgandaShillingorTransferredThousandonly)orUnitedStatesDollars50.    6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at 8(c) at or before 12th April 2023 at 10:00am. Bids shall be accompanied by a marketing declaration that bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who cannot be absent at the address below at 8(d) at 10.35 am on 29th April 2023.
   7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting 15th April 2023 at 11:00am. Microsoft Teams link will be shared with bidders that will have expressed interest in the tender.
