Overall purpose of the job
DCS OPERATION, substituting Lab chemist whenever required.
Roles And Duties
1.DCS operation & Reporting to Shift superintendent in all process operations.
2. Supervising operators and instructing them to follow all process operations (Fermentation, distillation, WTP, ETP, boiler &turbine) as per the procedure and reporting to Supdt.Shift
3. DCS record maintenance
4. Doing laboratory analysis when required
5. Yeast culturing and developing up to culture vessel stage
