Brief description:

Overall purpose of the job

To oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of batch or continuous centrifuges, and all their auxiliary equipments in Curing section ensuring proper separation of solids &liquids, Manage PLC-controlled cycles, check wash water temperatures and maintain high safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities.
Oversee the loading, spinning, washing and discharging phases of batch-type centrifuges toensure maximum productivity.

Ensure all equipment in curing section up to sugar bagging is maintained properly, attend all maintenance required for those equipment.

Supervise and allocate works for all your subordinates every day and ensure Curing section machinery maintenance is done in time.

Perform or supervises mechanical maintenance to minimise downtime, such as checking basket loads, drive technology and repairing components.
