Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over a quarter of the banking population with services that can be accessed across 81 branches, 207 ATMs, over 7,491 CenteAgents, and other digital platforms. The Bank seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and competent person to fill the position of Supervisor Capital Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and result-driven individual.

Role Profile
Responsible for the operational aspects of Capital Management in the bank

Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or similar field of study
• 3 years' experience in Capital Markets, Finance & Banking

• Sound Knowledge of risk management (Capital Management)

• Basic understanding of global and local banking regulatory frameworks
• Basic understanding of the balance sheet and income statement

• Experience in managing and analyzing vast amounts of data
• Basic exposure and experience in customer service

• Working knowledge of Banking book products, e.g. loans and deposits,
• Sound working experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel & PowerPoint
