About Organisation:

Hakuna Matata Fun City is a recreation company that owns a site ideal for weddings, getaways, camping, boat racing, forest walks and sport fishing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all policies and procedure, standards specifications are followed and completed on a timely basis.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• Ensure company objectives in sales, service quality, appearance of facility and hygiene through training of employees and creating a productive working environment through organizing and supervising premise’s deep cleaning.
• Ensuring that all set SOPs are adhered to.
• Prevent, handle and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
• Minimise guest complaints by ensuring all guests are served and on time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Must have a degree/diploma in any hospitality programs.
• Absence of a certification, he must have relevant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
• Able to work with a team.
• Daring to innovate and having high creativity.
