Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and coordination of administrative and technical services in the Sub-county.
• Coordinate the implementation of Government policies, programs, and decisions.
• Supervise staff and monitor the performance of lower local government operations.
• Manage public resources and ensure transparency and accountability.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping at the Sub-county level.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or Law from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Public Administration or Management is an added advantage.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in administration or governance is desirable.
